Yes. We provide fully certified, professional flaggers and highly trained Traffic Control Supervisors (TCS) to safely manage traffic flow through any work zone or special event.

Yes. We offer professional installation services for both temporary construction signs and permanent roadside signage, as well as highway guardrail systems.

Yes. We supply Truck Mounted Attenuators (TMAs), attenuator trucks, and temporary crash cushions to maximize safety for workers and motorists.

Yes. Our estimators can map out your requirements, provide detailed cost estimates, and send a representative to walk the jobsite with your team to evaluate safety constraints.

Yes, currently for the Austin market only. We assist clients with the coordination, drafting, and procurement of necessary municipal, county, and state traffic control permits.

Traffic Control Plans (TCP)

Yes. We have an in-house design team that drafts custom, compliant Traffic Control Plans (TCPs) tailored to your specific project layout and local regulatory requirements.
Standard TCP drafting typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Complex highway projects or zones requiring extensive municipal board approvals may require additional time.

Sign Shop & Product Sales

Yes. We operate a full-service, in-house sign shop capable of manufacturing custom construction, regulatory, wayfinding, and commercial signs to your exact specifications.
We stock and manufacture signs using a wide variety of industry-standard materials, including:
  • Aluminum & Aluminum Composite Material (ACM)
  • Coroplast & PVC
  • Reflective Sheeting (Engineer, High-Intensity, and Diamond Grade)
Most standard custom signs are completed within 2 to 4 business days. Large-volume production or highly specialized designs will be quoted with custom lead times.
You can do both. We maintain a robust catalog of items available for direct purchase, including barricades, safety apparel, signs, and stands, in addition to our standard rental fleet.
Yes. We stock and sell vertical channelizer posts, commonly referred to in the industry as “candle sticks” or Navicades, alongside our other traffic safety supplies.

Emergency, After-Hours & Logistics

Yes. We provide true 24/7 emergency traffic control services. Our field crews and dispatchers are active around the clock to handle urgent road closures, utility failures, accidents, or storm damage.
Yes. We maintain a dedicated after-hours answering service and on-call team. Emergency call-outs are dispatched immediately based on crew availability. Standard emergency dispatch rates apply.
Once given the formal direction to start a project, standard equipment delivery and basic zone setups typically require a 24 to 48-hour notice. Emergency requests bypass this window for immediate deployment.

Service Area & Shipping

Our primary service and field installation area covers major infrastructure markets across north central Texas, operating out of our Dallas, Waco, and Austin branches. For product and sign purchases, we ship out of state and arrange nationwide drop shipping directly to your yard or jobsite.

Billing, Accounts & Contracts

Yes. Commercial contractors and corporate clients can establish a terms account for ongoing projects. Contact your rep or our billing office to request a credit application.
Yes. We accept all major credit cards for product purchases, short-term rentals, and immediate service fees.
To rent major equipment or vehicles, clients must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming DLB, Inc. as an additional insured and loss payee. The COI must include comprehensive general liability and commercial auto coverage (where applicable). Contact your Lite & Barricade rep or our sales counter to request a sample COI to give to your insurance company.
Yes. We participate in various purchasing cooperatives to streamline procurement for government agencies, educational institutions, and municipalities. Please contact our sales team to verify our active contract numbers.
